Founded in 1965 and constituting a global development network of the United Nations, UNDP is an organization that advocates change to help people achieve a better life and supports countries' access to knowledge, experience and resources.  The UNDP, which is currently active in 166 countries, supports these countries in developing their own solutions and developing local capacities to combat global and national problems.
