Regional action programme
These are action programs prepared at the regional level in order to contribute to the harmonization and efficiency of the national programs of the affected countries through consultation and cooperation. The provisions of Article 10 shall also apply to regional programmes, with the necessary amendments. This cooperation may include agreed joint programmes for the sustainable management of cross-border natural resources, scientific and technical cooperation, and the strengthening of relevant institutions.
