Gully rehabilitation
Measures and practices carried out for the purpose of stopping and correcting the growth process of the game. These practices are generally designed and implemented according to the objectives of play-head arbitration, control of water flow and filling of the plays, taking into account the following factors:
(i) the size of the game;
(ii) whether game wear is active;
(iii) soil type;
(iv) the size of the water flow and the frequency with which it occurs;
(v) the topographic conditions of the site;
(vi) the use of the land after rehabilitation.
