These are the short or medium term outcomes (effects) that are reached or expected to be achieved through the outputs produced as a result of an intervention/activity. The results are observable behavioral, institutional and societal changes and take place within 3-10 years as a result of short-term investments and activities to increase the capacity of key stakeholders (public institutions, non-governmental organizations, local people, private sector, etc.).
