Natural resource with open access
It is a natural resource that does not have any obstacles or restrictions in relation to its use or consumption. Examples include oceans and fish sources in the oceans. Since the use of these resources is free or at very low costs, excessive consumption and consequent decrease and deterioration in their populations can often occur.
