Warming of the atmosphere and the earth. Long-wavelength rays are formed by the collision of short-wavelength rays from the sun with clouds and the earth. In the meantime, the temperature hidden in short-wavelength rays is exposed and provides heating. The released temperature is retained by water vapor, carbon dioxide, ozone, methane gas and chlorofluorocarbons in the atmosphere. The warming that occurs due to the increase of these gases is called the greenhouse effect. In recent years, factors such as excessive burning of fossil fuels, increase in gases from industrial facilities, forest fires cause the rate of carbon dioxide in the air to increase significantly. That is why the average temperature of the earth has risen from 0.3-0.7 0C. This warming is also called global warming.
